Shareholder Warning
St. James's Place plc does not authorise third parties to contact shareholders by any method regarding the sale or purchase of St. James's Place plc shares. Any such calls, emails or mailings received should be treated with extreme caution.
For more information, please read the Warning to Shareholders (opens in new window) issued by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) and Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA).
If shareholders are approached by suspect boiler room operators, please report the incident via the Action Fraud website (opens in new window).
Email Scam Warning
St. James's Place has been made aware of emails being sent which appear to have originated from within St. James’s Place. These emails make an offer to sell products which St. James’s Place does not provide, in particular loans at very attractive interest rates.
We believe that this is a scam designed to encourage you to pay fees to release the loan, which in all likelihood does not exist. We would encourage you not to respond to these emails and to report them to Action Fraud (opens in new window) if you are a UK resident. Overseas residents should report this activity to their local regulator or law enforcement.
